FREE delivery
We work hard to give you the best value which is why we offer free delivery within New Zealand on all orders over $75 NZD.
For orders below this amount, we offer a discounted flat rate NZ wide of just:
- $11.00 up to 25kg
- $15 for orders over 25kg
For orders to Australia, the postage is a flat rate of:
- $30 AUD up to 2kg
- $38 AUD for orders over 2kg.
The targeted delivery is 3-10 days.
We dispatch Monday-Friday, closed on public holidays and anniversary dates.

If you are in the area we also offer free pick up from our roastery in Tauranga.

Pickup instructions
We will email you when your order is ready to be collected. We roast our beans fresh for each order, so if there is a delay it's because we're making sure they're just right for you to enjoy! Please pick up during business hours; Monday-Friday. 7am - 2pm
NZ delivery times
We aim to dispatch all NZ orders within 24 hours of receiving your order. If there is a delay it is because we roast your beans fresh to ensure you get the best experience possible. As soon as your order has been packed and dispatched we will email you with your parcel’s tracking number to track with NZ Post. We’ll keep you updated about the status of your parcel so you know when it’s with NZ Post and when it’s out for delivery. Thanks for your patience while our team process and pack orders.
NZ rural delivery times
For rural addresses in NZ, please allow for an extra 1-2 days for delivery.
Return Policy
We want you to feel safe when ordering from us which is why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products including on our roasted coffee.
For health and safety reasons our return policy is limited to new/unused products (in original undamaged packaging), with receipt, for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Before returning your order, if for some reason you are not happy with your coffee purchase, please contact us. We will do our best to help you resolve any issues.
We stand by the quality of our coffee beans and want to know if you have any quality issues including mold or stale beans. We roast to order and inspect every bag before dispatch so you can order with confidence.
Should you wish to return any item to us, after discussing your concerns with our qualified staff, please note that you will be required to ship the item to us in its original package at your own cost. Please ship all returns via a courier or mail service that provides insurance and tracking.
We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in transit. If a returned item is lost or destroyed in transit, you will not be credited for the return. We highly recommend insuring the return shipment, as you will be responsible for the package until we receive it in good condition. Upon receipt of your parcel in the described condition, we will promptly process your refund in the manner in which we received it.
